YW - YOU CAN GROW, BUILD & BYDS™

We are seeking YW - Young Women to come and be active participants as SLs™- Strategic Learners™ - on CIC4WE™, a unique, international Leadership & Management Capability Development programme for YW - Young Women. 


This is an ONLINE 90-day evidence based programme is for YW’s economic empowerment and mobility. At the end of this programme the participants develop 4 perennial HABITS: Trust; Resilience; Reflection & Synthesis™ to last them, a lifetime, in a very UNFAIR V.U.C.A World.


A V.U.C.A World, according to available evidence, is very hostile and very UNFAIR to YW - Young Women

Emotions influence how we live and interact with each other. 

CIC4WE™ is based on a Stakeholder Capitalism  leadership perspective featuring as its Core focus: TBBBP™ - Toxic Behaviour; Bias; Burnout & Paralysis™ PLUS 6 CMI accredited Units on Leading People and         Managing Change.
